NeckMuse ("we", "our", or "the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.
Information We Collect
- Local app data: necklace design drafts, mood boards, favorites, Points balance, and settings stored on your device.
- Photo library (optional): only when you save exported necklace reference images. We do not browse or upload your existing photos.
- Camera (optional): only if you choose to capture a neck photo for style comparison. Images stay on your device.
- Microphone (optional): only when you add optional voice notes to a design. Audio is not uploaded.
- Notifications (optional): local reminders only; no remote push or tracking.
- Purchase data: handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details.
How We Use Information
Data is used solely to provide app features: necklace design, previews, mood boards, exports, Points, and in-app purchases. We do not sell your personal information. The App has no user accounts, social features, or third-party analytics.
Data Storage
Designs, boards, and preferences are stored locally on your device. You may clear draft cache from Profile → Clear Data. Saved images in your Photos library are not deleted by Clear Data.
Third-Party Services
Apple App Store processes in-app purchases. Apple's privacy policy applies to payment transactions.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
