By using NeckMuse, you agree to these Terms of Use.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App for personal necklace design inspiration and reference image export.
Points & In-App Purchases
- Points are consumable digital items used inside the App (e.g. HD watermark-free exports).
- All purchases are processed by Apple. Prices are shown in the App Store at checkout.
- Points have no cash value and are non-refundable except as required by Apple or applicable law.
- Product IDs: com.NeckMuse.lv1 ($0.99), com.NeckMuse.lv2 ($2.99), com.NeckMuse.lv3 ($9.99), com.NeckMuse.lv4 ($19.99), com.NeckMuse.lv5 ($49.99), com.NeckMuse.lv6 ($99.99).
- HD export costs 20 Points per image. Free saves include a NeckMuse watermark.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in any unlawful manner. Reference images are for personal inspiration and communication with jewelers; they are not professional appraisals or purchase guarantees.
Content & Exports
Gallery inspiration and wearing looks are bundled in the App for personal use. Exported images may be saved to your device photo library when you grant permission.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
